Hospice EBOP uses PalCare, an electronic information management system, designed specifically for managing palliative care patients.

Any clinician, family member, or prospective patient can make a referral to Hospice EBOP.

Every Thursday from 10am our Hospice Volunteers will arrive to cook lunch for our patients who attent our “Day Stay.” Our patients will experience companionship and warmth in a happy atmosphere cared for by our trained volunteers.

A wide range of equipment is available for loan to assist families when they care for a patient in their own home. Most of our patients choose to die in their own homes surrounded by loved ones in a familiar enviroment. Our nurses are specialists in Palliative nursing care making sure patients are kept as pain free and comfortable as possible.
