At Hospice Eastern Bay of Plenty, our mission is to provide excellent, compassionate palliative care for everyone throughout the Eastern Bay of Plenty.
Referrals
A referral to our service is usually made by a GP.
If you feel you or a family member requires Hospice services, have a chat with your GP who can assess if Hospice care is the right service for you at this time.
Our services are delivered by a highly trained team of clinical nurses who are supported by an administration team based at our offices at 39 Goulstone Rd, Whakatane.
We offer a variety of services to ensure that our patients and their family/whanau feel fully supported while they are in the care of Hospice EBOP.
